Advocate Neha Irene Saluja, Founder of Irene’s Legal, is a Certified POCSO Trainer and Child Rights Expert, providing legal awareness, training and institutional advisory to schools, educational institutions and organisations working with children.

She conducts interactive and practical POCSO awareness and sensitisation programmes covering the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, prevention of child sexual abuse, mandatory reporting, child-friendly procedures, institutional responsibilities, online safety and appropriate response mechanisms.

As a Child Rights Expert, Ms. Saluja also advises institutions on establishing and strengthening child-protection and welfare frameworks. Her work includes assisting in the establishment and functioning of Child Welfare Committees, formulating child-welfare and child-protection policies, developing institutional safeguarding mechanisms and strengthening procedures for the safety and well-being of children.

Her approach focuses on helping institutions move beyond reactive measures towards effective prevention, preparedness, accountability and child-centred practices.

Published Work

Advocate Neha Irene Saluja is also a contributor to legal scholarship on child protection. Her chapter, “Child Pornography – Annihilation of Adolescence,” has been published in the book Emerging Digital Transformation in Modern Society, reflecting her professional interest in the intersection of child rights, technology, online exploitation and digital safety.
