Advocate Neha Irene Saluja is a practising Advocate and Registered Trademark Attorney at Saket Courts, New Delhi, and the Founder of Irene’s Legal. With substantial experience in criminal litigation and a professional foundation in Human Resources, she brings together legal expertise and an understanding of workplace dynamics, organisational practices and employee concerns.
She is a Certified POSH Trainer from NoMeansNo (Centre for Skill Development & Training) and regularly conducts interactive, practical and awareness-driven POSH programmes for corporates, schools, educational institutions and other organisations. Her approach focuses on making POSH law accessible and relevant to participants, while promoting a workplace culture built on dignity, respect, safety and accountability.
Her POSH programmes cover the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, workplace safety and responsibilities, prevention and redressal mechanisms, the role and functioning of the Internal Committee (IC), complaint procedures and practical workplace scenarios. The objective is not merely to fulfil a statutory training requirement, but to enable employees and organisations to understand their responsibilities and respond appropriately to concerns of workplace harassment.

Advocate Neha Irene Saluja has conducted POSH awareness and training sessions for B.M. Gange Girls Senior Secondary School, YWCA of Delhi, ColoredCow and Biz Digital IT Services Pvt. Ltd., covering both educational and institutional settings as well as corporate workplaces.
Her sessions have focused on workplace safety and POSH compliance, awareness of Internal Committee responsibilities, complaint and redressal mechanisms, employee rights and responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.
Through these programmes, the aim is to strengthen participants’ understanding of appropriate workplace conduct, improve awareness of POSH compliance requirements, clarify the role of the Internal Committee and familiarise employees with appropriate reporting and redressal processes.
